Who We Are
Crocodile Advisory CIC brings together deep, complementary experience across philanthropy, governance, charity leadership, research, education and programme development. We work with charities, social enterprises and philanthropists seeking thoughtful, practical support to develop, strengthen and grow their work.
Created by the team behind Prospero World, a registered charity founded in 2007, Crocodile Advisory was established to meet a clear and growing need for strategic guidance and hands-on support that sits beyond the formal remit of a charity. From setting up a Foundation, providing Trustee oversight, structuring Donor Advised Funds to programme delivery and the lived experience of building and scaling a charity, we understand the challenges from every side, and respond with clarity, rigour and care.
Our name is deliberate. Crocodile Advisory is named after one of the oldest, most resilient species on the planet. We, like the crocodile are adaptable and resilient. Unlike the crocodile we are friendly and do not bite.
